About
Dr. Hennelly attended medical school at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. She completed her residency in general psychiatry at Johns Hopkins Hospital and completed fellowship at the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Training Program of Columbia and Cornell Universities. Dr. Hennelly previously directed the Pediatric Stress and Anxiety Disorders Clinic at the University of Illinois at Chicago and currently works in the area of telepsychiatry, along with her ongoing role as an Illinois Doc Assist Consultant. Her areas of interest include mindfulness based therapies, trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, and finding ways to increase access to psychiatric care for underserved populations.
